She def trying to cover up the drastic weight loss to her skeleton frame. Because her face was sunk all the way in during her fittings in HQ. She prob. saw these comments or other comments.

Yea, I looked at her old nose in all angles and it is very obvious. I like her new nose though but not her new face. It's odd looking. Suspicions confirmed. Fans will deny because there under a spell. LOL
