Ian never followed Doutzen, I think he follows your account thinking it's her... I since she led the show I searched him following list and never found Doutzen official account, only yours!

A shoot with Txema don't looks so impossible... It's horrible when we have no prospect of any work from our fave... And the worst thing I follow Doutzen and JLO, JLO is not doing ANYTHING! But I think Doutzen is a model for doing more jobs in the spring/summer season. The only thing we can do is wait!
