I've been doing a bit of sniffing round and have come up with this: "Adriana Sklenarikova Karembeu from Slovakia has the longest legs of any known model, says Guinness Book of World Records. She is 6'1" and her legs are almost 50 inches (125cm). She is closely followed by Brazilian Ana Hickmann (46" / 117cm) and German Nadja Auermann (44" / 112cm)." ...but I wonder if this statement still holds true ??? <_<
