I hardly ever post here (just enjoy the pictures of the many beautiful women) but this post compelled me to write something. First of all, we all have different tastes. For example, I can't understand why so many here seem to think that Lima is the hottest girl on the planet. I mean, she's very, very beautiful but I don't get why some put her on such a pedastal. Adriana has a beautiful face, maybe the best in modeling, but I prefer girls that have a few more curves. Her hips and ass are very narrow. I think her breasts are pretty but I still think she could put on a few pounds. JMO, which is the point. As for Marisa, her appeal seems blatantly obvious to me and most of her fans. She has, at least for most straight men anyway, the ideal feminine form. She's perfectly proportioned from head to toe. From her breasts to her stomach to her hips and ass, she's just exploding with femininity. She's what Playboy playmates would look like if their hair was naturally blonde and their tits naturally big. Marisa also has one of the prettiest and most inviting smiles I've ever seen. And the girl next door thing does count. She simultaneously looks like the chick you could've grown up with and went to ballgames with and the chick you would fantasize about every night. I can't speak for others, but her personality counts a lot with me also. She's much more articulate than most of the other models. She just seems like a really sweet, down to earth, happy, healthy girl and not some chain-smoking anorexic who eats every other day. She provides a sharp contrast to the typical model image. I respect everyone's opinion on who they find the most attractive. I just wish there were more who did the same. paperboy, i really do respect everyone's opinions on beauty. i hope i didn't come off as though i don't. that's why i try to see her "hotness" because everyone else seems so smitten with her. anyways, i want to thank you for literally spelling out to me what the appeal is with marisa. and it all makes sense, so i can understand where you're coming from. i guess i just don't feel it. her body is absolutely insane though.

her chest is so narrow. . . its like she has no ribs or something. i'm sorry. i really try and try and TRY to figure out what it is about her that everyone likes so much. but i just can't. i even work with a girl who looks like her sort of, and this girl i find really attractive. but marisa. . . not so much.

her butt has gotten better in the past few years. she was just too thin back then. since she's put on a few lbs, and filled out a bit, her bum looks much better as well. ANYWAYS, can i just say . . . . i just DON'T UNDERSTAND. why wasn't karolina in the SI issue??? why wasn't adriana? or GISELE for shit's sake?? karolina .. . . . i really want her to get a great cosmetic contract, and be on the cover of the SI issue. i mean, yay for carolyn murphy, she's beautiful, etc. BUT, karolina is way hotter and has more personality. she has the "IT" that carolyn doesn't have. . . . . .

i'm going to SCREEEEAAAAAMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we NEED to get this issue. i must have it. will it be available in canada??? gisele. . . . . . ..

wow persuazn, thanks sooo much for those vids!! she definitely has a presence, doesn't she. when she's walking down the runway, everyone's eyes are drawn to her fully. i bet people watch her even as she has passed them instead of looking at the next girl coming down the runway.

she's soooooo beautiful..... but her upper body is SOOOOOO dreadfully thin. i mean, she looks healthy in her face, and her lower half looks very healthy, but her collarbone and chest and shoulders are completely emaciated. . .. i think she is startlingly beautiful in the face and deserves the estee lauder contract because of her astounding beauty, but i just hope that she's healthy, cause she looks so very thin.

oh wow. just oh WOWWWWW!!!!!! she's just TOO beautiful. . . i can't even describe it. its insane. her body is perfect, LOOK AT HER LEGS. nyc_rocks, that first pic you posted from tonight, i mean, her legs are just perfect, and look at that smile from the VS pic there. . . . its too much. she's worthy of the term SUPERmodel. she really is. she's one of the very VERY few who's personality really seems to jump through the camera at you. like claudia schiffer, or cindy crawford or something. i LOVE those rocawear shots too. that really reminded me of the early 90s supermodels.

that's true, but petra, isabeli and even ana don't have the same size contracts as gisele, ale, and adriana. i know that VS is a totally different machine than the SI issue, but i just don't understand why these models don't do both. . . take gisele for example. i mean, everyone here loves adriana more and all that, but to the general public gisele is a MUCH more known model. i am extremely curious to know: 1 - if SI has asked her to do the shoot, why she has turned them down and 2 - if they haven't asked her, WHY NOT???

she's really got an amazing body, and when she smiles, she's pretty. . . . but i just find her sooooooo boring. nothing different about her poses. her face looks the exact same in every picture, she never changes it up, never changes her look. she always has that little half-smirk thing going on and i find it so boring and redundant. i think she needs to work on being a more versitile model.

holy thunderin shit you guys. . . . that's a WHOLE LOTTA pics!!! i love me some karolina, but i think that she looks a BILLION times better now than she did in alot of those pics. . . she was just too thin. her legs were like tiny little twigs. but now she's still thin, obviously, but has a bit more meat to her and i think she simply radiates. she was without question the hottest one at the most recent VS show and she just looks like a goddess in any and ALL of the recent pictures i've seen of her. her face just LIGHTS up the camera.

starlightvoyager, the reason why its so difficult to find tyra pics from 2004-2005 is because she really didn't do many photoshoots. i mean, she didn't do a single editorial, the only campaigns she did for VS were the "It" bra one and then the latest body by victoria series. . . and those pics are on here. other than that, she was mainly focused on her show. but if you look on http://www.gettyimages.com click on "editorial - entertainment" and then type tyra banks in the search bar, you will see a bunch of candid photos from the past year. hopefully this helps i'll post some more pics soon

do you think that maybe its part of their VS contract that they can't do SI?? i mean, i know that tyra and heidi did both, but it seems like VS's top models now don't do SI. . . . except for marisa i guess. . . but gisele, ale, adriana, karolina . . . . i really just don't get it. and this list is totally bogus. look at the top 5, its just the cover models from the past 5 years. whaaaaaatever. here's my top ten list of swimsuit models: 10 - Laetitia Casta 9 - Claudia Schiffer 8 - Eva Herzigova 7 - Adriana Lima 6 - Elle MacPherson 5 - Cindy Crawford 4 - Gisele Bundchen 3 - Daniela Pestova 2 - Tyra Banks 1 - Heidi Klum

anne v will be in this year's SI swimsuit edition. i just saw her on Entertainment Tonight in a behind the scenes look at the photoshoot, which took place in the Bahamas. She was with Shakara Ledard and Carolyn Murphy
