I don't see either this need for loosing weight, she looks fantastic and healthy. I didn't like those trainer guys from this summer either, they used her name to get promoted a lot by media, more then any other gym she went to for years.

Exactly, it makes her feel good about herself, she told that even when she is feeling a bit down that helps her. And idk what the problem is in doing similar looks, if they are amazing like this one. It's her style, how she likes to dress herself, so why not?
