Ah... so I have a new photo of her with nudity but I am not sure how to post it with the "nudity/spolier" attached to the message. I posted a new image of Sara Sampaio today in her forum with the "Adult Content?" switched turned on but it seemed to do absouletly nothing?? Anyone know how to use the "nudity/spolier" when posting a new message?? Thanks

I agree. I usually hate it when women get implants because they usually look horrible and are a turn off. I can't think of one women that looked better afterwards.....except Ale. She's the only one I can think of really. Whoever did her work deserves a medal because those things are magnificent.
