Have you tried to have a chat with them to figure why the say so very little every time? Maybe you, or the entire thread as a whole could ask if they'd be up for sharing more than just a quick "Wow, amazing, beautiful" in their comments. I'm a bit unsure about the source of your claim regarding derogatory comments about women's weight, offensive language, and mocking someone's sexual orientation. If you had concerns about the content in the thread, it might have been more appropriate to address the issue by reporting those specific comments (I couldn't find any such comments after reviewing the last four pages), rather than discussing the infractions here.
