Born on Feb. 8, 1921 in Wu-Ch'ang, China, she is best known for playing Alice on "The Honeymooners". In the 20's she became a singer on Broadway in the show "Top Banana". She was diagnosed with lung cancer in 1995 and refused treatment. She passed away on Feb. 3, 1996 after falling into a coma.

Alexandra was born on March 9, 1946 in Hove, East Sussex. She is best known for her role as secret agent Sharron Macready in 1968's "The Champions". In addition to English she also speaks Spanish, German, Italian and French. She assisted with translations and co-produced the Miss World Competitions in the 80's. In 1892, she made her Broadway debut. She became a huge vaudeville star in the early 1900's. During the Actor's Equity strike in New York City in 1919, the Chorus Equity Association was formed and Dressler became the groups first president. Miriam Edez Adelaida Leventon was born on May 22, 1879 in Yalta, Crimea (which is now Ukraine). She was a Russian/American stage and film actress. By 1903 she was a big star in Moscow and in St. Petersburg. In 1905 she moved to New York City and opened up a Russian language theater in the Lower East Side. Alla made her Broadway debut in 1906 and became a popular stage actress. "War Brides" was her first movie in 1915. Later on in her life she developed breast cancer and survived. She passed away in Los Angeles of coronary thrombosis on July 13, 1945.

She was a true Southern Lady and never forgot her roots. Her last film was made in the summer of 2008, "That Evening Sun". Filmed in her native Tennessee with her husband Hal Holbrook. She made her final screen appearance in 1925 opposite Lionel Barrymore in the movie "Fifty Fifty". After that she spent over 3 years starring on the vaudeville circuit. Later she opened up her own theater in Los Angeles. She passed away in L.A. of pneumonia on Nov. 25, 1970.

She was one of four women in show business during the first 20 years of the 20th century who had complete control of her visual presentation and representation. She was known as a fashion empress and as "The Vampire Woman". Unfortunately none of her films are left for us to watch now. She passed away on July 2, 1962 in a nursing home in Washington, D.C.
