I usually don’t put review online, but, today I really felt to put so. So few weeks back, I was tasked with putting together new looks for our housekeeping team and I didn’t think it would be that hard. But finding a good & nice housekeeping uniform that fits our hotel’s vibe was harder than I expected. Most of the sites I visited felt super traditional. Like, way too stiff and corporate. We're a Hotel, and we lean into that earthy, outdoorsy-but-stylish feel. Think lots of natural wood, greenery, and cozy-modern touches. Female staff were in olive green capri pants, matching blazers, white shells, and white lowtop. The male staff wear slacks and button-ups in the same color. It's fine, but it’s not exactly serving “updated and intentional.” So, I went down searched for housekeeping uniform websites—looking for something that look old. I knew I wanted to keep the earth tones and probably go for a wide-leg pant for the women. Maybe a vest for the men instead of another blazer.
