Jillian is a two-time Emmy Award Winning journalist with nearly 20 years experience in TV media ranging from the highest level of national news anchor and reporter to sports anchor and reporter.  She has been at the helm, anchoring and reporting on historic moments like the COVID-19 pandemic, Elections, and the War in Ukraine.   Jillian was on the ground in the aftermath of the Las Vegas shooting and during various hurricanes. Mele covered the 2019 and 2022 World Series, and the ups and downs of the post-pandemic economy.  She has interviewed professional athletes, politicians, war heroes, economists, and business owners.  She even went sky-diving with the Army Golden Knights for an assignment.  All of these moments are vastly different, but one thing is the same: the ability to tell the story. And tell it well.

Here’s the thing.  You have to believe in yourself, trust yourself, and celebrate yourself.  Celebrate the wins, learn from the losses, and evolve from every experience. It’s your life, your dream, and your moment. Let your story shine.  Almost 2 years ago I left my career and started a business. It’s been 2 years of stress, excitement, challenge, growth, and the list goes on and on and on. But the thing is: I’m putting my stamp in the world. Through my clients, my speaking jobs, and every opportunity to use my voice how I want to use it, I’m grateful. I could have continued working in the news and using my voice for whatever network I worked for, but I chose to take a chance on myself and reshape my story.  What does the next chapter in your story look like?! 🤍

Because believe it or not, I do more than just hit a tiny white ball down a long stretch of grass and try to get it into a little cup. 😂 After telling stories on the news for almost 20 years, I just shifted to telling stories in a different manner. These days, I help people in their professional development to become better storytellers themselves, more refined speakers and more confident presenters. My signature communication activity “The Sky is Blue” is always a crowd favorite! I help people all over the country. Whether it be by plane, train, or the click of a mouse with my adorable assistant by my side (see photo)! I also started a women’s program called “Elevated Presence” - we meet over zoom monthly for 4 months as a group, we have 1:1 time, and we truly INSPIRE and MOTIVATE each other to be our best and most confident selves!! It’s something that I love and look forward to each month! Enrollment for the next group will start soon, so keep an eye out.
