A reverse image search suggests that she is a glamour model who goes by the name Italia R.

Ahh ok. Thanks very much. Do you mind if I ask how reverse image search works?

Use Bing (Microsoft's search engine).  Drag the image you're asking for an id on, into BING and it might help you identify the person.
