July 31, 200519 yr Those aren't stretchmarks. Most women actually have those folds/indents at the bottom of their breasts, especially when they're that size. Stretch Marks happen ALL OVER the breast, they're not going to gather in one spot.

However, the folds in the picture mentioned above aren't even that, they are just the folds between breast and body.
