Wow,it's true,as I said and heard before, they reached settlement and Suri will always be with her mom.So good news.

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise have reached a settlement agreement less than two weeks after the actress filed for divorce. Suri will live primarily with Katie in their 3-bedroom apartment in New York City while Tom will get generous visitation rights.

People reports a source said, "They both love their daughter, and Tom thinks she should be with her mother."

I always have repect for Katie,I always feel she's different from lots of celebrities, and now she approves it,Katie doesn't want money from Tom after divorce,it's declared that Tom will only pay child support for Suri for the coming 12 years, they say Katie doesn't want money for herself and that she has her own money.
