video capture hardware

whats a good vidcapture card out there? i want something under $200. i basically want it to act like a tivo and record tv shows that i often miss. i know we have some talented people who capture videos. so what do ya'll suggest.?

It's under $200 and will do anything you need it too, I believe it tunes in HDTV also.

The best part about it, is it runs off its own processor power, so instead of clogging up your computers processor, all the power needed to capture comes from the card.

Edit: There is another on New Egg, for satellite application, that is just about as good.
