The 2nd one not so much. She is a British 1996 Elite Model Look winner. British and Westwood fits - found in 96 and on runway in 99 fits as well. She had this shorter hair in 96-98 like on my comps and longer hair with fringe starting in 99 from what I remember. I had thought the same thing after seeing a photo of British 1996 Elite Model Look, Indriaty with Karen Mulder.
