Elisha has a hole above her belly button where she was once pierced. Renee has a couple of moles above her belly button. This is the only way I can tell them apart when they’re not pictured together. If they’re in the same picture you can often tell them apart because Renee has slightly bigger boobs. (I feel like these are facts I shouldn’t know!)

Renee has tattoo on her middle finger and Elisha has same tattoo on her big finger of the same hand, so there's that as well.Few more
