I’ve been a bit off the workout game for a while now (let’s save the reasons for another time). But on October 1st, I finally decided to change that! I’ve started easing back into exercise to get that 'wow' bikini body by next spring. I can’t handle too much at once, so I’m looking for effective yet gentle workouts. I’m all about finding workouts that are low-impact but effective—like trampolining! Have you tried it? Not only is it great for your body, but it’s so much fun too!
