Enrico_sw
Samurai Champloo (aka サムライチャンプルー or in Romaji Samurai Chanpurū) is a Japanese anime series developed by Manglobe, with a team led by director Shinichirō Watanabe, character designer Kazuto Nakazawa and mechanical designer Mahiro Maeda. It was first broadcasted in Japan on Fuji TV on May 20, 2004 and ran for twenty-six episodes until its conclusion on March 19, 2005. To me it's Cowboy Bebop but in the samurai world and with hip hop music. The story is the following: Fuu, a waitress who works in a teahouse, rescues two master swordsmen, Mugen and Jin, from their execution to help her find the "samurai who smells of sunflowers."
