"It's been going on for a bit now," says a source close to the actress. "She's very supportive of him – she seems very happy." On July 20, the pair joined another pal at Katsuya Brentwood for dinner in Los Angeles. James and Davis, 44, sat in an intimate booth, sharing one very small side of a bench, and were affectionate throughout dinner, says a witness. Davis rested her head against his shoulder. "She was all smiles," says the onlooker. "A little giddy." The duo walked out quietly, trying to keep a low profile, with Davis grabbing James's hand for a second as they headed up the steps.
