She is either completely unknown or doesn't even work professionally as a model. I couldn't find any information about her. I stumbled open one of her pictures and was totally enchanted!

 the photo is tagged as https://www.instagram.com/yan4ez/    . Her Russian name translates as Yana Shumaeva.
