I don't know if "famous" is the word, but I do think there's something to be said about photos that become part of an advertising campaign or that have been published by agencies. That is naturally going to occur more frequently if you're "famous" and getting more work.

 

I don't think the Bellazon notice about underage models meant to imply that "all photos" regardless of source are prohibited. I would be very surprised if it did.

It says "the dissemination of images related to young models is strictly prohibited", i don't see how this can be misinterpreted🤷‍♂️

I think the "Underage Models (Kids - Preteens)" notice could be worded better for sure, but I think there's enough context and common sense here where it kind of feels like you're just being argumentative.

The concept of young may vary from persone to person, but with this being mentioned in the "underage models" notice, the word "young" clearly referred to the therm "underage". In this thread there are pics of Meika at 13, which is pretty much everywhere considered underage.

Meika has shifted gears massively this year in terms of her looks and overall appeal.
