CS: I love these because they’re a good representation of my style and personality. LF: Who inspire you? Who are your five favorite models right now? CS: Gia Carangi, Freja Beha Erichsen, Kate Moss, Lindsey Wixon, and Coco Rosha. LF: What is the last thing you bought? CS: Black thigh highs from American Apparel. LF: Favorite vintage shop in L.A. CS: The Way We Wore… LF: Favorite thing to do in L.A. CS: I love having summer bbq’s with friends and their dogs. LF: What’s the longest you’ve stayed up partying? CS: No comment… LF: You sure do love sweets. How’s learning how to bake going? CS: Ha, it’s a work in progress but I’m making some improvements. I started making my own frosting rather than Betty Crocker doing all of the work. LF: What are you working on, either a finished work or in development that we can look forward to? CS: Pt. 2 of the Levis Australia campaign and Nasty Gal are the most recent jobs. I’m hyped to be a part of both. LF: Do you believe in love? CS: I believe in good timing and patience. LF: What’s on your iPod right now? CS: The Knife, Fuck Buttons, Joy Division, Iamiwhoiami, and 80’s-90’s rock. LF: If you could give an aspiring model one piece of advice, what would it be? CS: You have to go into this with a strong head on your shoulders. I was told tons of times that I couldn't model because of my height… Fuck height and standards. Times are changing and you can be the exception if you want it enough. Do your research and go on fashion blogs / subscribe to cool magazines (Love, Vogue, Oyster, Factory, Purple, Dazed and Confused). Get educated in fashion because it's a huge plus if you can relate to photographers/make up/stylists LF: How do you get over rejection when it happens? CS: Rejection happens/happened to EVERYONE. Deal with it and move forward. LF: What are your favorite fashion blogs? CS: LIVE FAST, Lookbook.nu, Hapsical, Fashion Gone Rogue, Jak and Jil. LF: Where do you see youself in five years? CS: I’d love to become a stylist or an art director (in house) for a brand or magazine. I love the atmosphere of being on set/location, so I defiantly want to continue what Im starting. I love the idea of eventually being on the other side of the camera. LF: How do you live FAST? CS: Every saint has a past, every sinner has a future Fashion talk: describe your style? favorite designer or trend? My style consists of 1970s boho all the way through 1990s grunge. My favorite designers are Jonny Johannson with Acne, Riccardo Tisci with Givenchy, and Alexander Mcqueen. Art talk: what inspires you? Favorite artist or piece of art. Photography inspires me, so one of my favorite photographers would have to be Miles Aldridge. His portraits are so unique, and he shoots famous artists rather than models. I love that. Sex talk: what gets you off? Literally or figuratively. A man with confidence answers all! Travel talk: favorite destination(s) or stories you want to share My favorite countries to travel to are UK, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy.
