I took a look at Anna's thread and Definitely No,she's not Anna Hickman,maybe their upper faces have something in common but No they're not the same model.

I'm quite sure that she is Cassie Gardner, because of the beautymark on the neck. Maybe it's removed from other photos.

FYI Freeman's is a British based catalogs. Looking at Wilhelmina and ford will not help. Lots of London based models especially catalog models don't have new York agencies.
