i don't think it is Miriam Rathmann. especially the eyes are different. besides miriam Rathmann is or was a playmate and i'm convinced that the unknown is a professional.

Miriam posed for playboy. She also is a model signed to MGM Models which means she is a professional model.

I want to clarify something glamour models are professional models if they are working models with representation. They are just not fashion models which means they don't belong in the fashion threads.

Lascana is lingerie which means they cast any type of model including commercial models which Rathman is.

Miriam is along the same lines of an Elle Liberachi, Joanna Krupa, or Lauren Vickers. They mostly do a mix of commercial and glamour modeling. It doesn't mean they are page 3 type of model who only model naked and don't do campaigns.
