Ronaldo has a new girlfriend, with whom he celebrated the New Year in Paris and who is now with the Brazilian striker in Madrid, the daily O Globo reported on Thursday.

Ronaldo's relationship with the model Raica Oliveira ended shortly before Christmas.

O Globo said that the so-called Phenomenon's new muse is a dentist named Erika Abreu. The Real Madrid star is said to have met her in December, while he was undergoing treatment to whiten his teeth in Rio de Janeiro.

Columnist Ancelmo Gois said the Real Madrid player invited Abreu to spend Christmas with his family, and then the woman travelled with him to Madrid.

"From there, they drove to Paris, where Ronaldo inaugurated his new apartment in the city with a New Year party. Now they are both in Madrid. The star rented a clinic there just so that Erika can continue to treat his teeth,"
