most Caucasian models in Amsterdam are very fair and mostly blond. the fact her hair is light brown should make it easier.

I've searched the agencies but i couldn't id her. Either she isn't with one of that agencies or i have not recognized her. Whatever, through the search i found interesting model pics which will posted soon.

unless your dutch, models don't last in that market very long b/c its small and very HF. That model looks Brazilian to me. It just a hunch. Since most models have an agency in Germany I would start there. If I come across her, I will let you know.
