She is a two time Miss Puerto Rico and the second runner up in the 1998 Miss Universe pageant. She had previously represented Puerto Rico at Miss World 1994. Giraud was featured in episodes of Baywatch, and on the film Dude, Where's My Car?. More recently, she has starred in TV shows like House of Payne and Joey.
