The Michael Kors show was delayed about 25 minutes because one of the models, named Ondria Hardin of DNA Models, became ill, and paramedics from New York-Presbyterian were called and took her away in a stretcher. She was treated outside the Spring Studios venue at 50 Varick Street for about 15 minutes with an oxygen mask, said one onlooker. A spokeswoman for Michael Kors said following the show, “She was unwell and cognizant. She got treatment immediately, and that’s why we didn’t start the show. The paramedics came. There was no point in taking a chance. She was with her agent. It’s a lot for these girls to endure.”

One of the dressers backstage said the scene was alarming when Ondria was taken away on a stretcher. Ondria was all dressed and ready to go, wearing a crimson silk georgette scarf dress.

I hope she fully recovers.

A Michael Kors fashion show Wednesday morning began an hour late when teen model Ondria Hardin was treated by paramedics.
Spies said Hardin seemed to have suffered a “seizure” backstage and was then taken out of the venue on a stretcher.

An eyewitness told Page Six: “It looked like she had a seizure, but she’s going to be OK. She’s totally fine now.”
Hardin was meant to walk down the runway in a “crimson silk georgette scarf dress” in the chic show, but instead was taken outside in the outfit after an ambulance was called.
“The other models were really upset backstage. Some were crying,” an insider told us.
WWD reported Hardin was “treated outside the Spring Studios venue at 50 Varick Street for about 15 minutes with an oxygen mask.”
A Kors rep told us, “She was unwell and cognizant. She got treatment immediately . . . There was no point in taking a chance.”
After the show, Michael’s mother Joan said, “Apparently one of the models didn’t feel well. It’s the first time I’ve come across that.”
Hardin’s agent at DNA Models, who was with her at the show, and the company’s head, David Bonnouvrier, did not return calls seeking comment.
Hardin told vogue.com she’s from a tiny North Carolina town with a population of 1,000.
Walking healthily for Kors were Kendall Jenner and Lucky Blue Smith.
