Maybe i'll post a photo when he sends them to me if you want.My dad has now met 2 supermodels...Marisa and Elle Mcphearson.I've met....none. booo hooo. Siemgi Posted November 1, 2010 Share Posted November 1, 2010 It's been speculated she left ever since she mysteriously disappeared from their sites post-VSFS last year only to reappear in time for the swim catalog. She hasn't done anything with them since then and didn't even take part in the swim launches. The Forbes did a blurb that specified she was under contract with them although it was not specified which. Then there's an article on the previous page saying she is a "former VS model".She is still listed on VSAA, but so is Heidi, though, who has announced she was leaving/had left.So yeah... mbinebri Posted November 1, 2010 Share Posted November 1, 2010 ^ That contradiction - Marisa apparently still being contracted to VS yet doing nothing for them - makes me wonder if whatever contract she signed that put her back on the VSAA page was actually just a vehicle for a non-compete clause. If VS had scheduled her for the "Love Rocks" launch/campaign following her first Angel contract's expiration (assuming that is what happened), they clearly meant to keep her in the fold. But if she and VS couldn't come to terms on a new Angel contract, it would be understandable that VS wouldn't want to risk letting their best spokesmodel walk to a competitor when her profile is still on the rise. And then MM started to walk the runway show, and being a huge MM fan I was SO happy about it, I had 2 models to watch. And what now? Seriously??
