April 27, 201213 yr Heidi Klum Discovers Aussie Strippers in VegasThe Insider's Kevin Frazier recently caught up with newly single Heidi Klum in Sin City, where the two were co-hosting a TV special and Heidi also met up with the hunky Australian stripper group Thunder From Down Under. Heidi was ready to let her hair down after wrapping 16 weeks of shooting for the German version of America's Next Top Model and was teaming up with Kevin to host a TV special featuring the world's most outrageous commercials. When Kevin remarks that he "didn't understand how much fun Heidi can be," the supermodel joked: "Its the German in me. The Germans are hilarious, didn't you know that?"While the gorgeous Heidi could have her pick of any man, she got pretty excited about the Thunder From Down Under guys from the Las Vegas Strip. At one point she even had one of the chiseled Aussies remove his shirt so she could give it to Kevin, who plays along by shaking his best stripper booty move. Heidi then enthusiastically instructs: "Yes! strut it... walk! Why are you pouting?"Watch the video for more of Kevin and Heidi's Sin City adventure and be sure to watch them on the upcoming special Clash of the Commercials: USA vs. The World, airing May 21st on CBS. April 28, 201213 yr I found this article on a German website and translated it for everyone:http://top.de/23Hi-Am-liebsten-im-HoeschenHeidi Klum: Prefers to be in panties! When it comes to nudity, model-mom Heidi Klum obviously has no problems: "I often walk around in private wearing only panties!"Yeah yeah, to come out as a nudist herself, but to be shocked by the stripper-past of [GNTM] candidate Sarah...But hand on heart [we swear]: We think it's great that Heidi Klum feels fit as a fiddle in her body. No wonder she recently got naked for a photo shoot and posed for the camera wearing only color on her skin. And now her confession! She prefers to walk around in her panties. In ProSieben's magazine, "Red!", the supermodel revealed: "I'm a real nudist; I have never had a problem with my body!"She continued: "I don't even care what people say. In private, I often just put on a pair of panties and go topless," says Heidi. Lately she has been photographed as God created her [in her birthday suit] not just for a cosmetics brand but also in the U.S. fashion magazine "Allure".In this season of Germany's Next Top Model, there has never been a naked shooting. We are eagerly waiting to see which of the "top ten" candidates feel comfortable in their skin...
May 3, 201213 yr Heidi Klum On Getting Wild, Too Much Sparkle, and Fashion's Funniest Designerhttp://www.fashionweekdaily.com/the-fix/ar...nd-getting-wildIs there a better way to spend an afternoon than nibbling shrimp sammies and playing dress-up with Heidi Klum? No way, Jose! Your Daily recently trekked to the Hudson Hotel where QVC hosted a petite luncheon to fete the latest assortment from Wildlife by Heidi Klum, an ultra-affordable jewelry line available exclusively on the constantly chicifying shopping channel. Intrigued, we caught up with the German supe post-party to get the lowdown on all things "wild." BY MARIA DENARDOWhat can your fans expect for Wildlife Spring 2012?Color and lots of neon! I wanted the collection to be bright and playful for spring. I used great corals, blues, and pinks, and even tied in nature as a theme with butterfly-inspired pieces. I love the neon rubber sport watches. They’re fashionable and functional and look really great dressed up or down. I wore the pink one with a printed tribal maxi dress the other day, and then wore the black one with a fun polka dot dress when I lit the Empire State Building. How do you typically like to design?I do all of my designing at home. I wake up early every Saturday morning to work on my jewelry designs. Most people would want to sleep in on a Saturday morning, but I look forward to this each week. You have to set aside some time to create when you have four kids. I collect inspiration for my designs from so many places: flea markets, my travels and even vintage jewelry. I’m German and I love sparkle and more sparkle, so sometimes I have to remember to tone it down a bit!Any hobbies we don’t know about?I really love creative activities—most of them center around the children now. We’re always doing some kind of fun craft project or cooking together. One thing most people don't know is that I go to bed really early. People don’t believe me, but when my kids are in bed by 8 p.m., so am I.What's your dream project?Designing was always my dream. I had actually been accepted to design school in Düsseldorf. Instead, modeling became a way that I could eventually pursue my dream. What's your "best side" when you're being photographed?Between Victoria’s Secret, Sports Illustrated, and all of my body paintings, I think I’ve showed every side... In the spirit of Wildlife jewelry, who's the wildest person you know?It might be Michael Kors. It's not because his clothes are crazy; he is one of the funniest people I know. Wildly funny things come out of his mouth, and I laugh until my face hurts. What wild antics are you not a fan of?I’m not a fan of being mean to just be mean. You have to be kind, or it'll come back to bite you. Do you have a wild side?If you’re asking, I guess it’s not that obvious! When was the last time you lived on the wild side?I went diving in the ocean with about 40 sharks swimming around me. I threw fish guts into the water, so they would all come close to the boat and then I jumped in! That's pretty much as wild as it gets after having four children. What’s your go-to mommy phrase when your kids are getting a little wild?"Dinner time!"
May 3, 201213 yr From Teen Vogue:Heidi Klum on Designing Jewelry, Splurging for Spring, and Making It As A Modelhttp://www.teenvogue.com/style/celebrity-i...vc-jewelry-lineWhat inspired your jewelry collection?I love the freedom that this collection has given me in the creative process. I find inspiration everywhere, whether it's traveling, walking by a shop, or thumbing through a magazine. And I love flea markets. I like to buy a lot of really old jewelry and add new elements to the old pieces to give them a new life. One part of my spring collection was inspired by butterflies. I have always been inspired by butterflies! I have this amazing shadowbox with butterflies and insects in all different colors in my house. It's really old and was another great find from the flea market. All of the different butterflies and bugs have such great shapes and colors and you can find a lot of similar designs in my pieces. What's your first jewelry memory?I have always been into jewelry, from big plastic pieces I would buy to hand-me-downs from my mom or things I would find at the flea market. Not much has changed! We used to have this store in my town called Glasperlenspiel, where they had hundreds of different beads and tools and you could make your own jewelry. There were tables and chairs and people to help you to make your own pieces. I absolutely loved it and would spend most of my money there making all kinds of stuff.Do you dress around accessories, or the other way around? It depends on the occasion. For the Golden Globes this year, Lorraine Schwartz had made me a really beautiful necklace that was the real definition of a statement piece. Francisco Costa from Calvin Klein Collection created a really simple dress for me to help the necklace shine. When you're wearing a simple dress and a statement necklace or fun cocktail ring people will comment on the jewelry more than the clothing. I think it's fun to use jewelry to spice up an outfit! What's your all-time favorite piece of jewelry that you own?My absolute favorite piece of jewelry is a necklace I designed for myself that has these little disks with all of my kids' names on them. It's made out of yellow gold and their names are engraved in diamonds. What are your must-haves for spring?Wildlife by Heidi Klum Neon Rubber Sport Watch: Since I'm loving neon right now, I designed a line of fun and very functional neon watches that I'm launching in May. They look great paired with jeans and a t-shirt. And, you'll always be on time to meet up with your friends!Theodora & Callum Black Multi Tie Dye Escape Caftan: I've always loved their scarves and now they make these great caftans! They're perfect for summer! You can easily go from the beach to lunch with your girlfriends and right back to the beach or out for a casual dinner. We like things we can wear multiple ways, right!Newbark Claudia Flats: Sometimes, I just need to give my feet a break from the heels. These are the perfect go to shoes for Spring! I love the cool ankle ties and the brushed metallic leather. A fashion pop to a wardrobe staple. You design clothes, too—is that something you've always been interested in?I love designing. I always loved fashion and the more I worked in the business, the more I loved to create.Do you have any words of wisdom for girls who want to model?Becoming successful as a model depends on so many different things. Meeting the right people, being professional, being able to let loose, and growing a thick skin in order to handle all of the rejections are definitely all important.
