April 23, 200916 yr Beyonce: ‘Today Show’ Board Feed Scandal A raw “board mix” reportedly of Beyonce Knowles singing during her Today Show performance last year was broadcasted on Howard Stern’s Sirius radio show yesterday. Listen to it below! In response to the audio clip, Beyonce’s dad and manager, Mathew Knowles, released a statement. He told TMZ, “If no one took the time to look at the biggest Inauguration in the history of America then shame on them. If no one took the time to listen to Beyonce sing ‘America the Beautiful’ and ‘At Last’ at the Neighborhood Ball for the first dance of President Obama and the First Lady, and they question Beyonce’s vocal ability, they’ve gotta be an idiot. “At 12 years into her career, the last thing someone should be questioning is her vocal ability. That would be like questioning if Kobe Bryant could shoot a jump shot. The vocals were obviously altered.” A similar feed with Enrique Iglesias came out awhile back. He went on Stern’s show to prove he could actually sing. Beyonce should too! UPDATE 1: Beyonce hasn’t heard the recording but addressed the issue, saying, “[The story] sounds completely ridiculous. Everyone’s heard me sing and it’s perfect timing, actually, because I’ll be on the Today Show tomorrow singing ‘Halo,’ or tonight you can watch me sing live on David Letterman! It’s perfect promotion, whoever came up with that idea.” UPDATE 2: It was indeed a hoax. The person who created the prank said, “It’s a little bit crazy. No one in their right mind would sound like that, and no one would cheer for someone singing like that.”

The 27-year-old actress paired her teal Elie Saab dress with Ruthie Davis’s brand new Fall 2009 Gold ‘Odyssey’ platforms, which have twisted rhinestone chains on the peep toe and a mixture of bolts and colored stones that adorn the gold dipped heel. The $1295 shoe will be available this summer. After promoting her new movie Obsessed and performing live, Beyonce left the theater in an elegant white dress and matching peep-toes.
