Dressing up in my mum’s clothes when I was little, especially the ball gowns, and putting on my orange dungarees backwards! How would you define your style? It depends on my mood but I get a lot of inspiration on my travels too, so it’s pretty eclectic. Above: blue dress by Isabel Marant Who are your favorite designers? Vivienne Westwood, Isabel Marant and Alexander Wang. What would you save first in a fire? A blue sparkly dress by Fabrice, that my mum gave me. What are you basic essentials? Hudson jeans, cashmere and a leather jacket. How do you dress to go out? It depends where I am going, but I like to mix things up and wear boots with a dress, or heels with jeans. Above: Voyage top, jeans by Hudson, boots by Acne. What was your last impulse buy? Pin-up shorts and playsuits at Screaming Mimis in New York. What is your signature accessory? Rings – I have an eyeball ring my brother gave me, that I love. What is your definition of style? Fun and uncontrived. Have you discovered any young new designers recently, who you'd like to share? I know she’s not exactly new, but I love Charlotte Olympia shoes. Are you more a cotton underpants or lace teddy kind of girl? Cotton underpants. How do you dress when you're out to seduce? I wear red! What is your boldest fashion statement? I did an afro hair and multi colored eyeshadow look for a Hudson event in Los Angeles for the launch of my Hudson by GMJ jeans line, which was pretty bold! What is your beauty routine? Tracy Martin face wash, cold water and moisturizer daily, then Tracey Martin exfoliator twice weekly. Are you a hoarder? What do you collect? Yes! I collect animals and shoes… Who are your fashion icons? My mum, the Queen and Vivienne Westwood. Above: vintage t-shirt, Miu Miu and Ray-Ban sunglasse, British passport. Where do you shop in Paris? The flea markets and colette. Tell us a little about your collaboration with Hudson? It has been a honor working with Hudson, and to have had the opportunity to design with them. It was a great experience to be able to make my own must-have jeans! By Jennifer Neyt, translated by Kate Matthams-Spencer. Photographer: Julie Ansiau.

August 14, 201311 yr I have nothing against photoshop but I wish there was some consistency. Her entire body seems to change shape. I've seen her photoshopped to death to half her size (Bazaar Australia) and seemingly more genuine (Hudson jeans).
