Milk & Honey

Milk & Honey is a German Arab duo consisting of Anne Ross and Manel Filali. German music producer Uwe Fahrenkrog-Petersen formed the duo under the Warner Music Group label in 2006. Their first single, "Habibi (je t'aime)", reached the 16th place on the German singles charts and remained on the charts for 12 weeks.

Anne Ross (born 17 March 1985 in Papenburg, Germany) is a German singer.

She was a member of the German pop girl group Preluders. After Preluders disbanded, she and Manel Filali teamed up to form the duo Milk & Honey.

Manel Filali (born 11 December 1981 in Algeria) is a singer in the duo Milk & Honey. She speaks Arabic, English, German and French. Manel Filali adds some oriental flair to the band. She is a Muslim born in Algiers and who grew up in North Africa and Paris. The cosmopolite lives in Berlin these days and the cultural influences that have distinguished her life are still much in evidence. These influences have ripened her personality and made her the person she is today: namely a 26 year old woman who knows what she wants. Her musical roots add a special personal note to her work with Milk & Honey.
