Theodora (Lili Théodora Mbangayo Mujinga) is a French-Congolese singer, rapper, songwriter, and dancer born on 23 October 2003 in Lucerne, Switzerland. Raised in a Congolese family, she spent parts of her childhood in Greece, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Réunion, and France, experiences that shaped her diverse musical style.

She began making music as a teenager with her brother and producer Jeez Suave. Her breakthrough came in 2024 with the viral hit KONGOLESE SOUS BBL, which blended bouyon, hip-hop, and pop, helping her gain widespread recognition in France and beyond.

Known for her bold fashion, energetic performances, and genre-blending sound, Theodora has released projects including Neptune, Bad Boy Lovestory, and MEGA BBL. She often refers to herself as "Boss Lady" and "Miss Kitoko," with "kitoko" meaning "beautiful" or "handsome" in Lingala.

Her music celebrates African and Caribbean influences while exploring themes of identity, confidence, femininity, and self-expression, making her one of the most prominent new voices in French music.
