Today has just been awesome at SW19. Gasquet vs Roddick was an absolute cracker! Amazing serving and superb shotmaking. I didn't see Djokovic vs Baghdatis but that looks like it was a bit of a classic too.

:shock: Okay I'll be the first to admit I was totally wrong. I thought it was Justine's title this year, no question. But now I'm just in shock. I've seen Marion Bartoli play many times and lose to Justine and I never thought she was capable of the performance she produced today. Her play in the final set reminded me of Monica Seles! Unbelievable. Apparently she became inspired when she spotted Pierce Brosnan in the crowd.

They've been playing that match since Saturday! Nadal looked pissed when it started raining again. Fed's sat at home with his feet up. Think the men's final will now be on Monday at the earliest? Not surprised to see Jankovic losing today. Her schedule is absolutely insane and no matter how much she protests that she prefers matches to practising you've still got to take at least a week off occasionally. She ran out of steam when it mattered most. Great to see Ana through. I hope she kicks Nicole's ass!

Amazing wins today for both Williams sisters. I'm a long term Daniela Hantuchova fan and I must say it wasn't so nice to see her lose this but I guess I didn't feel as bad as she looked at the end. Serena is just an amazing fighter, astonishing really. And Venus is nearly as good. I saw a little of Nadal. He looked to be in trouble for a while but he should win now. He's probably gonna have to play several days in a row due to the rain which isn't so good when it's best of 5. And they'll still show the final in France. Maybe you'd have some chance to watch it.

Wow, who saw Serena vs Daniela? :shock: Serena cramped (at least it looks like cramp) and still managed to win her next service game and get into a tiebreak. Daniela didn't take her chance to close out the set and then it rained, possibly saving Serena's bacon.

Yes, she's 6'1 I think. She's 6'2. I think it was in 2005 that she grew 2 inches and she struggled to cope with the sudden growth spurt for a while.

Nah, she's pretty hard to stop right now. I hope so. She has said she's starting to tire though and will take a break after Wimbledon. She just needs to make sure she doesn't tire before the end of next week.

Federer did very well. It was a bit of a shame that Safin didn't really start playing well until the third set. He has so much talent but he hates the grass and never really shows up at Wimbledon, otherwise this could have been a great match. And another Serb breaks through. Tipsarevic took out Gonzo on Court One. Sadly I was at work when this started so missed most of it but it looked really good. Also missed Chakvetadze losing to Michaella Krajicek! That's one of her worst results of the year, especially given that she won a grass tournament last week. Daniela Hantuchova got through a potentially tricky match with Srebotnik. Justine is still kicking butt and looks in very good form.

In case it matters, the fourth (rightmost) girl in that picture is Jeisa's older sister Gracie. I think this Jeisa's family photo prove that. They look like a happy family. Mystery solved! Thanks. And cheers to Vini and dna for the new photos.
