She really doesn't have a great voice for commercials though, endles swords. She's not an actress. The only puzzling thing is why have her mouth words that even a casual viewer could tell didn't come from her. I agree with you, really, i am kinda biased because i find her accent adorable. The point is, if they didn't want to use her voice, they shouldn't make her mouth words either

It does mean "eternal boyfriend" or something like that, and we have different words for boyfriend (namorado) and fiance (noivo), but sometimes i see on social media people referring to their fiances/husbands as their "eternal boyfriends", especially on valentine's day and stuff, so idk, it's just a cute thing to say about your loved one

As a brazilian who has got pretty much 80% of her flights delayed, she should have indeed planned for a huge chance of delay specially leaving from a remote location like hers, but I don't think it was unprofessional, just an unfortunate move of hers. (And I haven't seen much of hermann's work either, but then again, dating someone as famous as candice, if you google him she's pretty much all that shows up )
