YES, me too! She should always have long hair, they are now the best ever.- Kaia Gerber
Kaia is about to walk her first Fashion Show It’s been a long time coming, but Kaia Gerber is heading to New York City for her fashion week debut. That’s right, the 15-year-old model, who’s landed major beauty campaigns and fronted the covers of multiple fashion magazines, is finally hitting the runway in September - and her mother, veteran supermodel Cindy Crawford, couldn’t be prouder. WWD: Kaia will be walking in fashion week for the first time. What advice have you given her? Cindy: Well, I’m chaperoning her. I’m not gonna be at every show, but I hope she understands how exhausting your first show season can be. My advice to her - and it would be the same if she was going off to college or taking a job in a clothing store - is be on time, be professional, don’t be a diva, get off your phone. You’re around these incredibly talented people, soak up information, listen, watch, keep your eyes open, be present and enjoy it. Have fun. It’s fashion. Can't wait!- Kaia Gerber
