  1. Can they really crack those markets, especially Italy? Probably not, but we all know VS thinks they're the Chanel/Prada/Louis Vuitton of lingerie all at once. Which they are tbh
  2. Yay for Lais. Idk she's not my fave but I feel like she deserves this. Excited for Taylor as well, she's one they can transform into a sexbomdb Indifferent about Martha but I guess good on her. And watch Jac steal all your hearts tbh. 2 MOC? Someone pinch me. Romee is going to grow into it. I asumme this means Adriana/Ale and possibly Lily are packing their bags. I hope Lily will take an extensive amount of time to thank VS for making her happen
  3. Oh God, anyone but Stella. Their Angel lineup is getting more lackluster by the day. This has to be on purpose

Who else thinks it's time for another cover? Her last one was the November issue of VP, if I'm not wrong. She really needs to upgrade. My hopes for another VI cover is dying, I still don't know what that photo shoot she did with them was for? Regardless, she needs more and different covers. Her campaign list has been stellar, if only it could reflect on her covers too

Thrilled that she attended!! Her hair ane make up look devine. And the dress is fine to me? Or maybe I'm just happy she attended that I can't see what you guys are saying about the dress. Although I feel like the dress would have been shown off more if she did poses like the hand-to-hip pose. I hope the next event would be the MET gala!

Omg, she looks so awwwwkward. Poor girl, what is that unfortunate beige satin skirt? Smh. Gigi looks basic standing next to her, but Emily trumps Adriana

what is she and her team playing at? Some media attention? They're going in circles. Didn't she say she retired several years ago as well?

The last picture is so strong! This was what I was waiting for! My friend just told me Adriana looks like a Saharan princess! Side note: Joan, Adriana and Doutzen are painfully washing out Natasha

When was the last time we got new maybelline print work from her? I feel like she's been in enough commercials but the she's lacking in print. I want to see some vibrant, colorful work from her like now!

What a strong cast ! A list team! Adriana and Doutzen charging the place up with that hand holding!
  15. Is not essential but if you can have it, why turning it down? Alessandra & Adriana clearly had a great relationship with VS so far so it's a win win for everyone, but I don't see VS crying over losing Tyra, Heidi or Gisele, they pretty much gave zero fucks about them leaving. The only one who got something 'special' was Tyra and it was mostly because she was officially retiring from modeling and not because VS was worried about their $ after she left. Adriana and Alessandra are not making as much with VS anymore either because they cut their work load, the fact that VS let Adriana go back to Maybelline shows you how little they care about it these days. Don't kid yourself Gab, models are replaceable but the VS money pays their girls in most cases is not replaceable or at least not easily, especially when you are 25+ in an industry were you peak at 20 (or younger). That's why the models stick around with the brand for so long if they are given the chance. Back in the 90's and early 00's VS did need famous women to establish themselves and gain loyal costumers, now they have that and they know people will buy their products regardless of who is wearing them, that's why they don't have to get established models like Joan and pay her a shit lot of money when they can have cheap little Grace/Lais/Daniela sell the same product to the same target audience for a cheaper price. Lol, you mean because VS has a nice relationship with Ale and Adriana, they just have millions sitting their for them annually waiting for them to grab it and go back home even though they don't have much to do with them? Like, this isn't a business at all. I see your logic. And wasn't the reason why Adriana went back to Maybelline because VS stopped the beauty line or something like that? When was the last time Adriana wasn't involved in all the major VS press related stuff? I mean, she fronts every single press related thing by VS and sometimes alone.she don't need to be in no catalog no more, just the illusion that she's everything thing VS works well. And lets not pretend VS didn't hold on to Heidi until the first greys of her hair popped out or that they basically exploited Gisele. of course they will move on it the models leave, but that doesn't mean they don't give a shit. VS did not stop their beauty line at all They simply decided Adriana wasn't worth the money she was asking for and let her go back to Maybelline, instead now Jasmine who probably has a much cheaper rate is selling those perfumes and guess what? People is still buying them.As I said, Adriana and Alessandra are no longer making as much with VS precisely because their work with VS has decreased, even more this year. VS is known to drop models when they start demanding too much, is just that Adriana and Alessandra have decided to stay with the brand instead. But hey, if you really really want to believe VS is worried or care about their brand after they leave please do so, whatever makes you happy Also don't act like Dri, Candice, Lily and Ale were relevant before VS because they were unknown women to everyone, so I don't see how getting new faces now is any different than it was 10-15 years ago when it's literally the same, as much as I'd like to see some well known girls getting contracts i don't understand why everyone bitchs about the new girls being random girls o.o Ok, I stand corrected. I could've sworn I read something like VS beauty not working anymore...ssomething like that. But are you going to hurry up and tell us the position you hold at VS or what? or you're just incredibly talented in making your presumptions come off as facts? Because you couldn't possibly know the main reason why Adriana left VS beauty. It could have been due to countless factors, like maybe she herself wanted to go back to Maybelline, or Maybelline snatched her back when her VS beauty contract ended and offered her more money like VS did when her Maybelline contract eneded all those years ago. Or just because Maybelline is more credible than VS beauty. Also, just because Jasmine is all over VS beauty now doesn't mean she replaced Adriana. For while she came cheaper, they are selling to different target audiences. Jasmine is black, she's selling to black women, Adriana is selling to Latinas and can even attract Caucasians, the combination is much broader than Jasmine's audience. And who told you, Ale/Adriana's contracts' have been reduced. While what you said makes sense, because they are indeed working less and less for them. What knowledge of their contracts do you have?
  16. lmao...this isn't legit without Taylor tho

  18. Jesus! Some of you need to go back and read what was said. I feel like you guys have completely deviated from the main point, but that's ok. Moving on...
  19. As long as they have a bunch of hot babes modeling their stuff I don´t care either. The fact is, that 99% of all starting models would sell their souls to work with the company. Is it really safe to say that? I mean yes, VS is a large company and will definitely always make money. However, part of the allure of the brand is the hot, larger than life supermodels behind it. The likes of Gisele, Heidi, Tyra, Adriana, etc helped make VS the brand that it is today. If that legacy isn't continued, what does it mean for the brand in the future? They need at least SOME star power. Don't you mean to say that part of the allure of the brand is the hot, larger than life supermodels is for us, cause I can promise you the that average person on the street gives zero fucks who modeling the lingerie and they care even less about trying to figure out who they are. It seems pretty safe to assume the average person just want to buy underwear/lingerie without having to go to a million and one stores in the mall to find something remotely stylish or sexy, and because VS is easily the most recognizable place to buy said "stylish" underwear, they consumer will gravitate towards the store to buy regardless. At this point I'm pretty damn sure VS could fire every model they have, replace them with a couple of unknown girls and switch them out every 7 months for a new face/body and the masses would still enter the mall and go to vs. Thank you for bringing the sanity back, Pretty. I absolutely agree with every damn word there. Some people here at BZ make the models larger than life when in fact they are not. They (the current VS models) are not even larger than VS (no matter how much the fans wish so). Most of the people don´t give a shit about them. They just buy the products sold by hot women. End of story. I actually could not believe my eyes when I read that some of you assumed that VS will fall if they won´t continue working with their current line up, lol. Yeah, of course. And the world should had ended in 2012. Because one of the interpretation of the Mayan calendar said so, right? Who told you your opinion is the right one?
  20. I think what is trying to be said here isn't that VS will go bankrupt without their powerful models. It's just that, VS prides themselves on working with the best of the best. it's a prestige thing for them. A statement To their competitors. It's gullible to think that models like Gisele didn't make any difference in the company when it came to profits or that the Average VS consumer wouldn't recognize Adriana when they see her in the catalogs or billboards. Why do you think when a girl like Adriana or Candice does an event, it has more press coverage and a great turnout or a million times more social media likes than when then Lais and Martha do? They aren't on the same level. I strongly think that, VS' caliber will drop in both the fashion industry and the masses if they use vanilla models as opposed to sex sirens and press staples. They will become another huge company that will keep bringing in the cash but altogether meh.
  21. Wow, looks really are subjective, I remain blind on the Candice-Romee resemblance. I have noticed people on here see a lot of resemblance between other blondes and Candice. I guess to each his own but I know a lot of average people who could tell these models apart even if they don't know their names. This is like, when I was reading old threads at tfs and I saw people swearing up and down that Miranda Kerr(!!!!) was Adriana's clone.

I'm all for US Vogue, but that's kind of a big leap here... let's go with UK first, yes? I mean, idk why she still doesn't have a US or even UK Vogue cover while some irrelevant basic ass starlets do. It's confusing because she has a stronger position in the masses than some of them. Oh well, no matter. Or maybe she and her team just aren't going for the covers like everyone else?

not possibleWhy not? I'm not up on Marko's money flow so what has he be doing to be making more than her? The article says a lot and also you can find his net worth is almost 100 M which of course may not be true but as a NBA player he definitely got more than Adriana..Be honest Adriana is not Gisele..(Nothing against her) And at the end who cares? He cheated on her with this little Adriana 2.0 version so she deserve every cent of his money and finally some peace NBA player? this isn't 2009 I don't even care about the money. I'm just overjoyed she's done with him.

It's outrageous how she looks so youthful sometimes. She looks sublime. I wonder what she's shooting too. Oh and what ever became of the photo shoot she did with vogue Italia?
  25. IFKR? I don't get people complaining about Cindy or Constance being cast/getting great outfits. They're Queens, and y'all will deal. This is not a lie
