I find animated avatars annoying but I did want something like http://img521.imageshack.us/img521/8...srosie1cg0.gif. As big as possible and without a watermark on it, it would be greatly appreciated with this video clip: A few variations might be nice. Karma and so many thanks to whomever can fill this request!

Does anyone make those mini flash avatars? I know Persuazn does. Do they talk requests? This would be nice to have one of.
