The dollar sign comes from fandom of rap clique A$AP who I believe she is a huge fan. The most prominent member of that group is A$AP Rocky. I think she even dated one of the dudes from that group. That's when she got that tattoo. She posted few pictures of him on her IG account but later deleted them. They were quite unflattering tbh. He also had a couple pics of her (one of them was very...hmm..interesting). But Bregs is young and should live her life the way she wants to. Btw. I once read somewhere that she looks as if Candice and Lily D. had a baby together. And it's true, she really looks like a mix of those two. Oh, and yes, she should've been at VS show.
