    Makeup can change the way your face looks. Contouring is a powerful thing. I personally don't think Sara has lost too much weight, she looks great. I get so angry when people tell models (or even thin people) to eat. I get told that all the time and I most definitely eat. You don't personally know her, don't say something like that. It's rude.
