Ah, thank you! So she can't log in anymore? Weird considering that she has a verified account. Shouldn't Twitter be able to do something about that? Maybe she just got tired of it all and switched off to Instagram? Well a month or two ago she said she would be back really soon but she didn't. I honestly think she just doesn't want to come back to twitter for now. And, yeah you're right. As she has a verified account she should be able to log in again just after sending a help message to twitter.
