No comments coming from Gerrard, but just rumours that Juve are set to offer

With Chelsea, it's not a matter or whether he's worth it. It's a matter of definitely getting the player <_< Everyone has their price

I'm out on whether Gerrard'll leave us. He's done it to us 2 years in a row now. This summer will probably be another heart attack for me but offering

but Liverpool has CL Trophy that counts for nothing at the moment. We can't kill teams off and we're stuggling to score 1 goal, let alone 2. I don't see how we're going to score 2 against Benfica. Benfica aren't the best of sides, but you can't win if you don't score <_<

so which one are you? I can't get used to indoor. I don't have the speed of thought. Bottom row far left I'm not the biggest fan of indoor either, but it's the only way to play in the winter It's hard on the knees and ankles especially since I busted up my ankle 3 years ago All the start-stop runs kill me, and I'm not agile either so we have a face with the name now eh? :knives:

They are lacking strikers on there team at the moment, although I don't think Mido fit's in well with Roma. They are playing pretty attractive football if you take in the fact that they have no strikers, but with there lack of strikers it makes them take a more defensive approach. When they played Milan they started with Totti as there only striker which means they were really playing 4-6-0 <_< They really clog the middle, as they have some good defensive mids in De Rossi, Perrotta, Dacourt, and Tommasi. But that is a trademark of every Spaletti team. And you take in the fact that Chivu and Mexes are playing at there best, it is a very hard side to score on Totti was having his best season before his injury, he looked like the player eveyone thought he could be Mancini has been brilliant, the best player in Serie A since his recovry from injury, which just means the Brizilians have yet another attacking option But for Roma to win 11 in a row without a true striker for those 11 games is quite an accomplishment Sounds like Liverpool, but better Only in Brasil can likes of Mancini and Juninho not make it into the first team.

I don't watch Roma play. Can they fit Mido into their team? or are they too classy for him? Are they playing football or being efficient?

11 straight wins? Holy crap. Well I must admit they always had a good squad, but they went downhill after the had the whole management crisis But I never would've predicted 11 straight wins That's amazing!
  15. Armani Prive I kid.

It is just horrible what happened to Eto'o and Ronaldinho Something has really got to change, and not just give them a slap in the wrist, they should get a bigger suspension than Inter got after the Milan-Inter game with the fireworks, otherwise they are just gonna keep going it The clubs should be doing something about it as well. They should have certain parts of the crowd banned or something, or recieve a hefty fine for their involvement in racism.

It was the hooliganism. That shit was dangerous. the hooliganism was bad but in recent years and still now England gets threatened <_< like in Portugal normal holiday-makers who caused trouble almost got England expelled despite the fact that the ones who caused the trouble weren't even in Portugal for the football tournament <_< it's the reputation. Hooliganism has left a scar on everyone. Don't worry, England set a good example though, nowadays.

And he never got fined. It was a slap on the wrist. And the Spanish FA only did it due to pressure from other countries. BOO!

It's a shame that racism still exists
  23. red_ed replied to goose's topic in Sports
It's Spain. It's like half of the population or certain areas just accept it. I hear about neighbourhoods where some people hang swastikas up :| It's shameful. I bet Zaragoza will recieve a slap on the wrist.

really, let's not get ahead of ourselves That's what they said about Liverpool

In a way, that's true. But, unless we can secure a top four finish, we won't be in CL territory next season! in fact, if things continue to progress so badly, we may even miss out on Europe alltogether! Arsenal played out of their skins. Madrid played like crap. The final score was 1-0. I reckon it'll be a massacre at Highbury, if Madrid turn up on the night.
