I worked fo thirty years in the movie industry as one of the "little people", making electricity on movie sets. The last set I worked on was Monster in 2003 (Charlize Theron, Christina Ricci, Bruce Dern). Charlize, unlike most Hollywood personalities, was professional, friendly, on time and not demanding or complaining. There are at least 100 of the Hollywood elite I won't comment on because they are arrogant, self centered, rude louts. I've spent 30 years in Hollywood studios and I'm always amazed at the public's admiration for show business personalities. If you could spend a week with your favorite star there's a better than even chance you wouldn't want them as a friend at the end of the week. Many, and I mean many, are self centered, arrogant, attention seeking louts who are very good at presenting an entirely different image to their adoring fans.
