Jake Gyllenhaal and Sports Illustrated model Alyssa Miller have split after nearly six months of dating, multiple sources confirm to Us Weekly. "They fizzled out. It happened a while ago -- before the holidays," one insider tells Us. "He's back on the scene." Hi! Well I'm assuming it's from Adam Franzino because it's similar to the other photos she posted on her personal instagram. But I saw it on Tumblr, I tried to search for the photographer and more info about it but got no luck.
