I find this hard to believe but then again you can't put anything past anyone. Any female who owns bikinis know how deciving they can make your breast size look, same goes for bras. It's all about how you tie them, how tight you tie, are the bikini tops padded, do you have a silicon wedges or cutlets in there etc. I have worn my share of bikinis that have made my boobs look bigger than what they are and some that made me look smaller. Let's not forget that bikini technology can change drastically in a short time span. Judging by the pics in the link Adriana def had some type of wedges/cutlets in her bikini tops and had the tops tied tight. Designers have to find a way to false advertise in real life as well. Going by some of you alls logic, Adriana must have under went a breast augmentation during the 2003 VSFS...

^ I'm confused with why you brought up implants if you're not talking about the size? I don't see how "it's obvious she has implants" if you're not referring to size. Most of the times, women don't get them to remain the same cup size. But either way, Adriana doesn't have them.
