about the boobs thing. It depends. If you have lots of breast tissue working out wont do much unless you go ana. However if your breats are mostly fat then you'll lose the fat in your breasts pretty quikly and they will go down. Exercise doesn't burn breast tissue....just look at angelina or those skinny girls with big ones. It's pretty much genetic. well i try to eat healthy...my mom says your diet should consist of 50% veggies 25% whole wheat carbs 25% lean protien for health..... so thats what i try to do....however i eat alot of candy (chocolate) :|....Easter was baaad baad though :| for working out i get bored easily so i do alot of different things. I dance 5 times a week...but i like to do other stuff like walking outside or hiking, i do weight lifting with my trainer, core excersices and abs....pilates and stretching/yoga. I think the most important is cardio, core and stretching....but i need to lift weights or my back gets really sore. I wish i could swim more but its cold in canada eh?! My favourite ab excersises are side bends on a roman chair they work so good. Moiselles i checked out your myspace and your very pretty!...you look like magdalana
