So I don't know how true this is but I just saw this on Instagram, with Marlon and John K- apparently the top secret ad was Carolina Herrera 212 VIP Rosé.

I think so too but I also admire that she says what she wants (double edged sword, I know) and a PR machine isn't telling her what to do. She never seemed happy being told what to do at Victoria's Secret, and one of my favourite quotes about her from Katie Grand : “She’s exceptionally savvy – you really feel that she’s in control of her career. I’m sure she owed a lot to her agency in the beginning, but you do get the feeling that ultimately it’s Gisele’s decision what she does and, probably, how much she gets.”

Although I'm really weary of gossip sites (I know I really shouldn't even go on them given how vile they are) I read this post about G on lainey gossip and it sums up what I think of angry internet people! There are some celebrity mothers that just piss other moms off – Gwyneth comes to mind, of course (is an organic lemonade stand that outrageous? It’s kind of standard farmers market fare these days), and Angelina is another. Apparently allowing your daughter to wear pants and short hair is something other moms frown upon. Add Gisele to that list. It started when she became a stepmom – many thought she overstepped her duties with little Jack (Tom Brady’s son with Bridget Moynahan), because the “evil stepmother” narrative isfun, no? So much more interesting than boring (and peaceful) co-parenting. Especially when she’s a supermodel. And then she had her own children, and her comments about breastfeeding (which she tried to clarify), her natural childbirth and, let’s be real, her “post-baby” body really pissed people off. So she actually glows when she’s pregnant and gives birth in a tub and breastfeeds while getting her hair and makeup done for work – like she showed us here: (instagram) Some argued that she was presenting an unrealistic picture of a breastfeeding mother. Unrealistic for us yes, but probably just a regular day at work for her. Whatever she does, the inevitable, “Who does she think she is?” outrage comes out. Moms have united with pitchforks and torches over the latest photo of her in Costa Rica with daughter Vivian. They are on an ATV and not wearing helmets. We don’t know anything else: how fast they were going, how far they traveled, what the path or road conditions were like, what the local customs are. But it’s Gisele! She’s obviously the most awful horrible irresponsible parent ever! Because remember that time she said breastfeeding should be a law? Who does she think she is?! It’s sanctimony at its most tiresome. And now it’s been reversed on her. Believe it or not, Gisele knows her kids as well as you or I know our kids. She knows if Vivian is squirmy, or if she’s all drowsy after a nap, or if she’s safely strapped in her carrier. We can all tsk tsk over helmets but the gruesome, alarmist “what if” situations in the comments are ridiculous. North American parents are particularly obsessed with safety and there is not one issue (circumcision, allergies, vaccines, sleep training, Beyonce carrying Blue Ivy onto a yacht while wearing heels) that doesn’t inspire a virtual deathmatch on the mommy message boards. Isn’t it more fun when there’s a common target for all of our pent-up rage? And we can say, “She may be a supermodel, but she’s no supermom!” If Jessica Simpson did this with Ace, I think there’d be a lot less foaming at the mouth and a lot more, “Isn’t this cute! Love her!” Moms have decided Jessica is relatable: she diets (for millions of dollars) and gets pregnant by oopsies and goes on date nights. She’s not in foreign country exposing her daughter to the sun’s death rays and riding around without a rear-facing 5-point harness car seat –while wearing a bikini, no less! The nerve of that woman.

(Not too sure about the Garlic...lol..) Bundchen Says Stress Low at Home During Playoffs (ABC News) It may be NFL playoff time in the Tom Brady-Gisele Bundchen household, but the stress doesn't carry over at home. "He's very focused," the 33-year-old Bundchen said of Brady, quarterback for the New England Patriots, in a recent interview. "We are both very supportive of one another in what we do. ... Of course nobody likes to lose. Those aren't the best days. He knows he does his best. He works extremely hard." To stay calm, the Brazilian model says the couple winds down differently. "At night if my husband is watching TV and watching football, I have my little book and I put something in my ears so I don't hear it and I put my light (on) and have my book and I'm like, 'Ohhh.' He's feeding his soul and that's important to him to watch football. I only want to watch if I'm watching him," she joked. And win or lose, family comes first. Brady has a 6-year-old son, John, whose mother is actress Bridget Moynahan. Bundchen and Brady have a 4-year-old son, Ben, and a 1-year-old daughter, Vivian. "He's very loving and it's a wonderful thing. In our house we are very affectionate," she said. "I think it's very important for the boys to know that it's OK to hug and to kiss and you're not less than a man." Bundchen, who still models, was recently named a brand ambassador for Pantene hair products. She's worked with the company in Brazil since 2007. When she's not working, Bundchen says she doesn't have much time to put into her locks and laughs that her go- to style is a "sleek bun." She doesn't even own a hairbrush. "In my job you have to remember people are brushing my hair every day. You have to remember the last thing I want (on a day off) is a brush in my hair!" Bundchen says she's committed to being healthy and treating her body right in order to look and feel her best. "Products are amazing but if you are putting things that are unhealthy inside your body it's just masking stuff. ... I haven't drank soda in 10 years. My kids eat what I eat. The first (solid) food my son had was papaya and then avocado. ... He loves garlic because we eat a lot of garlic in our house. Even my little daughter. ... She will not eat anything unless there's garlic. Garlic and ginger. ... They really eat what I eat." ———

It's so cool that she calls the shots. Where else does the model get to say "The editorial location or the advertisement location will be my house, in Costa Rica?!"

After she married Tom, her outfits have been knockout but before that they were really quite feminine. That being said, she would look FLAWLESS in something like vintage Valentino.

^Really cool. Old sea dog vibe! Thank you Liika! He's in Milan! Maybe for the Dolce show? I saw this picture on Greg Chan's (img manager) instagram: "Look who I ran n2 at the gate. @imgmodels @noah_live @nmills83 ready to surprise #Milanfashionweek. Which show do u think? @imgmen"

I think the media could be more responsible with their journalism. I know they are tabloids but the information is falsified and diluted. Like Michelabella said- they just repeat the same quotes again and again. More than the media, blog sites tend to make things personal. I have read such nasty comments from people. That's where I just think people have to be incredibly daft to believe everything that gets written. When she got with Tom she was more than just a VS model (for the masses- she's always been more for her fans) and I resented him for a while for that! Especially with the Bridget stuff. It's not like they were having an affair! lol.

^ the self service interview was excellent. I noticed that too: it hardly got covered at all because it revealed a humble, grounded woman who raised herself from the age of 14 in an extreme fashion world environment. Not a single person except David Gandy has had a bad thing to say about her in any interview I have read until today.
