And where's the segment of all the girls walking in the outfits they later wear when they stand on the giant Christmas tree? I've seen photos of them on the runway in those outfits - I thought that was part of the finale too!

I agree and I agree! But since it seems to be only one person who's ruining the vibe, maybe the rest of us (and there seem to be a fair few) can just band together and make it fun anyway. I think Noemie is awesome, and deserves a thread with a better vibe than this one. <_< Penny, thanks for the pic!! I hadn't seen that L'Oreal pic before in that quality, so thanks very much for posting it!

And just for the record, Candice's surname is Swanepoel - with an extra E. The thread here at Bellazon is spelled wrong and still hasn't been fixed though numerous people in the thread pointed it out.

Spent a little bit of time this afternoon capping all of Adriana's parts in VSFS 2007! The caps are kind of crappy because the video file wasn't that great quality - I'm still downloading the uber-high-quality one (over 5GB!), so I'll redo these caps in better quality when the download is done...but it might be a few days. That's because you only downloaded part 1. You need to download ALL parts, make sure they have all finished downloading, then put them in the same folder and double-click the first one - it will then use all the parts to extract the one large video file. Hope that helps!

Just finished watching and downloading the show, and reading everyone's comments here. I get the people who complain about it not being fashion-show-y enough, but people - this is far more of a general entertainment show that happens to have a catwalk at its center, than your average fashion show! The models being all smiley and dancy and full of personality is part of what makes VSFS appeal to a far larger general audience than the shows at say, NYFW. The crazy outfits are just plain fun for the most part, and there were only a handful that I really didn't like. I thought this year's show was great. Fun, lively, a big improvement over last year, and I did actually like most of the outfits and most of the girls (the only ones I really didn't like were Jessica White - gorgeous girl but OMG she cannot walk! and Erin Wasson - waay too skinny for VS, her body just looked horrible). Adriana, Candice, KK, Noemie, and Marija were the real stand-outs for me - loved them. I wish Ana BB, Doutzen, and Caroline Trentini were there, but aside from that, I thought it was great, and I really really enjoyed it as just an hour of entertainment. I loved the backstage bits - but I wish they'd have made the show into a 90-minute deal instead of 40, so there could have been much more runway, and things didn't feel so rushed. Maybe for next year?

Just finished downloading & watching it (posted the link in the Motion thread for anyone else who doesn't have it) and OMG she was so awesome!! And I was so excited to see pictures of her as a baby/kid - never seen them before!!! I just sooo agree with everything AbbeyRoad said. And Adri got first billing when they were putting the names of the Angels up on the screen - heh that totally had me excited as well, especially since it feels so much like VS has been pushing Alessandra to be the new lead Angel...yet Adri had first billing, followed by KK. So YAY!! :heart: :heart: Just all-around awesomeness!

That's just EVIL!! I'm shocked, shocked and dismayed! What about us poor souls who don't have access to catalogs? Nothingless, I get the catalogs quite often. In fact, I just got one yesterday, it has KK on the cover. Don't get me wrong, I'm a HUGE fan of Adriana's, but I still don't keep these things. Besides, there's just too much Alessandra in them. Just say the word and you can have every one I get. *screams THE WORD* OMG do you know how much I'd love you?? I'm currently buying them off eBay as VS has stopped sending them to me for free - but the cost adds up and it's hard to get them reliably. PMing you now - more catalogs means more Adri stuff I can scan in & share!
