Victoria’s Secret model Josephine Skriver rumoured to be coming to Australia for Kookai fashion launch
SUPERMODEL Josephine Skriver could be heading to Australia, with rumours she might star on the runway at Kookai’s spring-summer 2016 collection launch.
The Danish Victoria’s Secret clotheshorse appears in the brand’s new season campaign, which was shot in Istanbul and features Aussie model Talia Richman.
It’s understood organisers are negotiating to bring Skriver to Sydney to open the parade on August 19, which would be her first ever Australian runway appearance.
“Shooting the Kookai campaign was probably one of my favourite jobs to date,” Skriver told Confidential.
“For one of the first times ever, I actually got to see a lot of the city, culture, and atmosphere while shooting.”
Skriver has become known for more than just her modelling in recent years — the
22-year-old was conceived through IVF by her gay father and lesbian mother.She joins an impressive group of past Kookai faces including Nicole Trunfio, Alexandra Agoston and Sarah Stephens.
